Co-create With Crystals

Crystals have their own intelligence and consciousness. 

They are imbued with the powerful energetic field of the earth and they each carry a unique energetic signature to assist in spiritual evolution.  

As your sensitivities to the subtle energies increase, you will begin to feel different frequencies that are transmitted through the earth.  Crystals and stones are a wonderful way to play with being able to detect the different patterns of energies or energetic signatures that are readily available to us.  This resonance enables an opportunity to access unlimited sources of energy and spiritual power.

When you commune with a crystal, you access energy patterns and frequencies.  Crystals communicate using a myriad of ways including, intention, thought, colour, emotion, sound, and really any vibration that rings true to you.  As you align with the energetic frequency of the crystal, you welcome this vibration into your system.

You will begin to notice that your crystal is actually communicating with you.  Practice with treating it like a sentient being, ask it questions, and receive answers or intuitive prompts.  Experiment with programming your crystal to amplify a certain vibration.  Practice with different stones, and you will begin to feel distinct vibrations in your body.  This is a wonderful way to connect to the earth and also to experience the subtle energies in all living things.

• Enter into a meditative or quiet, contemplative state.  Ask if crystal work might serve you at this time in your journey?  If yes, probe further and ask, “What crystal(s) should I be working with at this time?”  You will be guided to find the crystals that will serve you best.

• Go to a crystal store or a gem show or a museum and be with the energy of the rocks and crystals.  Open up a space of appreciation and gratitude for the earth.  Set an intention to be curious and playful.  Notice what you notice.  Certain stones or crystals will make themselves known.  If possible, hold each one gently, and feel.  Enter into a relationship.  Get to know the stones as you would a person, plant, or animal.  

 

• Once you have chosen a crystal, simply spend time with it.  You can sleep with it under your pillow or bed, you can put it in your drinking water, you can arrange them on your desk at work, you can place them around your living space, you can carry one in your pocket, you can wear them as jewellery, you can hold them in your hands during meditation or quiet contemplation, and you can lay them on your body as you rest.  Follow your intuition and you will be guided.

 

• As your relationship deepens, you will begin to feel the vibratory rate of the crystal in your body.  This can manifest as a tingling or warm feeling in your hands and feet, sometimes the crystals resonate with and can be felt in specific chakra centres, other times they might be felt coursing with the central column of energy that runs up and down the length of the body, sometimes you will feel a buzzing sensation in your head or a ringing in your ears, you might feel your stomach release and relax, or you might even feel as though your body temporarily disappears, and always, you can gaze into the stone and marvel at the complex and intricate patterns.  Your experience will be unique.  Simply take notice of the subtle sensations.  Each crystal has a different energetic gift to give to you.

 

• You will most likely have one crystal that acts as an overarching guide to your crystal work.  This is the crystal that you resonate with very strongly.  It is the one you go to the most when you want to feel the earth connection acutely.  Use this crystal to guide your crystal work.  Ask it questions.  Your intuition and inner voice will interpret the response.

 

• As you follow your curiosity in this way, not only are you strengthening your intuition, sensory awareness, and psychic abilities, you are also emitting an important and vital vibratory pulse of energy that is felt by all energies.  You are bonding with the earth, and the earth is responding to your level of attention and awareness.  You will discover many other stories and experiences as you deepen this relationship.  In fact, the relationship with the earth and crystals is infinite and boundless - this energy travels on and on forever.  Focus on what works for you.  This is your world.  These are your relationships.  Your connection to crystals will be personal to each and every one of you.  There is no right or wrong or hierarchy of value.  

 

• Some crystals can be programmed to amplify intention and to work with the energetic power of other crystals.  In order to program your crystal, cleanse the energy of the crystal by giving it a warm bath or by placing it the sun, hold the crystal in your hand and clear your mind.   Focus your intention into the crystal.  Simply direct your thoughts into the physicality of the crystal.  You can speak your intention aloud or say it in your mind.  It can help to enter into a pseudo trancelike state whereby you repeat your intention many times.  This is akin to meditation - you want to enter into a state of clear and focussed awareness so that the outer world falls away.  In this way, the thinking mind will retreat and your energy body will take over.  For example you might repeat the words, “inner power”.  Then, bring your hands together, as if in prayer, and hold, until you feel like the integration has taken place.  To end, thank the crystal and thank the earth.  This is only one way to program a crystal!  The possibilities are endless.  Experiment and have fun.  You will be guided.
